From today, I plan to publish one or two posts each week regularly. This is an activity I am modelling from James Clear - The author of the best selling book - Atomic Habits.
This is definitively one of the best books I am reading in the recent months. The protocols in this book are clearly complementing the 100 Day challenge I doing. I sincerely want you to read this book and more urgently to sign up here if you want to really understand what goal is and how to achieve your goals - to close the execution gap between what you want and what results you achieve.
